Introducing HR Coach Pte. Ltd and
I have been doing quite a lot of reading and reflection the last few months since I was made redundant. “The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.” Proverb 16.9 ESV. Today is my birthday, I believe it’s time to Hit Refresh as Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, has written in his latest book. It was a timely book that reiterated my belief of developing a Coaching Culture in organizations.
I established HR Coach Pte. Ltd in 2015, but then shortly joined a company as a Regional Head of HR. HR Coach continued to partner with GODUCATE and delivered leadership workshops and HR Forums in Singapore and Philippines. During the last 3 years, I had read numerous books on Coaching, Difficult Conversations, Habits, Negotiation and facilitated workshops and coached leaders across Asia. I was always looking for a best way to present the principles, processes and practices for effective conversations. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve yet to become a subject matter expert, but as the saying goes, “you teach what you need to learn most”. I developed a single framework to help managers and myself to build habits to Coach and have Engaging Conversations. I call it .
It’s SIMPLE but not easy, but the model does make it easier.
Also, I have never written a post, though encouraged by colleagues often. Today, I deliver my first post on LinkedIn. In the weeks to come, I will share more on Effective Communication and Engagement made
