According to Peter Drucker, “culture eats strategy for breakfast”. The right culture drives performance whether in an MNC, SME or a not for profit organization. A company that disconnects the two are putting their success at risk.When  strategy is placed before culture, even the big companies struggle. We see this playing out often during the integration of new acquisitions and when two groups become one team.  

While there is a big focus on developing a digital strategy, let’s firstly shift our focus on developing a culture that encourages Coaching Conversations – without which we are doomed to fail in an era of exponential change.
